取貨已出示證件及單號，店員一直說沒有沒有，連去查看物品收件人姓名也不願意，且態度真的讓人恭維
直到請貨運公司人員與店員通話後就可取貨，一直說系統問題
那請問店家pos系統有問題那整天都不用營業了嗎
店員的工作只有用pos收銀收發貨？都不用人工去查閱寄收件人的貨品？
只能說便利商店有很多可以選擇，如何提高市場競爭力及顧客回流率店員的態度真的很重要
除非貴店是直營門市

Until you ask the staff of the freight company to talk to the clerk, you can pick up the goods, and they keep saying system problems.
Then, may I ask if there is a problem with the store’s pos system, does it need to be open all day?
The clerk's job is only to use the POS cashier to receive and ship the goods? No need to manually check the goods of the recipient?
It can only be said that convenience stores have many choices. How to improve market competitiveness and customer return rate is really important.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早班有個手臂刺青的女店員服務態度讓人反感。看手機、無視客人已站在櫃檯前。從客人進入店、結帳、收錢這女的完全不說話 ，完全沒有櫃檯服務態度與常識，還擺一副臭嘴臉給顧客看。那麼不喜歡這份工作可以改行，這種低素質的員工，這家的店長還真不挑……要消費也不會去這家。
反觀對面馬路的小7的員工素質比這全家的好上太、太多了，又有禮貌……

From the moment the customer enters the store, checkout, and collects the money, this woman does not speak at all, has no counter service attitude and common sense at all, and even puts on a bad face to the customers. If you don’t like this job, you can change your career. This kind of low-quality employee, the manager of this store really doesn’t pick it... I won’t go to this shop if I want to spend.
On the other hand, the quality of the staff of Xiao 7 on the opposite side of the road is so much better than that of the whole family, too much, and polite...

已經換成比利時巧克力的檔期了，冰淇淋機上面的告示牌還是西洋梨口味
店員也是搞不清楚現在到底是什麼口味
結帳時算橙香巧克力的錢，但是口味吃起來就是單純的比利時巧克力
點了綜合口味，白色的部分比較像是香草而不是牛奶，吃起來沙沙的感覺比例用的不是太好，水含量過高
店內沒有座位，裡面堆滿了過年禮盒
