於旅展購買的澎湖行程。服務態度消極,非常差勁! 1. 任何相關事宜皆不主動告知,只能自己打電話去詢問。 2. 電話非常難打!語音一直說忙線中,然後打到後來就說已經是下班時間叫你隔天再打...... 3. 不知道打了幾百年好不容易打進後,又推託未給回覆! 4. 要去布袋港搭船時,發現找不到搭船處,於是照著該旅行社所提供的船公司電話,打去詢問,打去才發現連提供的船公司電話都是錯誤的號碼,超傻眼...... 真的很雷!!!

此間旅行社非常不負責任,申請退費,只有總機小姐接電話,說公司的人都不在,再請主管聯絡,然後就完全沒下文。 此旅行社完全是黑名單,請各位要注意!!

去年在旅展買的旅劵(澎湖3天2夜) 今年3月就跟旅行社確定日期 其中有退出及加入的人員 好在在出發前2週 全部確定有船位及住宿 大大小小都玩得很盡興 補充:107/5/11~5/13布袋~馬公 需改進的地方,明明是3天旅遊,機車使用卻只有48小時,第三天的機車再跟機車行續租

姐姐從旅展買的票 當初在旅展說什麼都有…… 但安排7月要去的行程後 可能買前姐姐沒有認真的看行程 也是她的疏失 之後出遊前看了三天二夜的行程後 才知道第二天去吉貝玩水上…… 居然沒有提供機車…… 行程表上的機車使用居然是48小時 所以又請車行幫我們租吉貝的機車 雖說是自由行 深深覺得這趟旅遊花一人6500很不值得 機票、租車、旅店…… 不知是否因機票大人小孩老人都收來回一人4000,所以住的及車子方面就變相住的不是很好了,車子也少了一天可以使用…… 總之 很傻眼 超傻眼 非常傻眼 只能給個負評了………………

因為你們讓我決定這輩子再也不去旅展。 1.請大家不要相信旅展的打工,他們的話術都是經過訓練的。說什麼事後只要加多少錢都是假的,還是先看清楚他們的合約,常常說的跟上面寫的不一樣。 2.客服很難打,有問題很難找的到人。 3.他們的行程表在出發前一週才會寄給你,前面會說的很好聽,跟你說行前一週再付費就好。但是!!!!!!重點就是一週前,如果你看了有任何不喜歡或是不滿意想要退費或取消,不好意思唷,4-10天內要賠償30%,1-3天要賠償70%,當天賠償100%。 這禮拜週末颱風要來了,打電話詢問是否可以延期,得到的回覆是已經開票了不可以延期。還跟我說,去那幾天的都沒人打電話來說颱風的事,只有我問...請問一下澎湖不能去海邊是要去幹嘛?結果還飛過去沒飛機飛回來?別人不關心自己的旅遊計劃是我的問題? 然後,我們去的那幾天煙火在外島,跟我們說晚上去外島,船有可能翻,因為以前翻過最好不要去。 還沒去我就已經一肚子火了,以後要找旅行社還是先查查的好。

多年前在旅展買這家的行程,除了爛到爆,已經不知道還能說什麼。安排的飯店又舊又破、安排的店家也非常糟、車沒保養煞車很不靈、造成車禍後續行程無法參與亦不退費、服務態度更是一絕到讓人不敢恭維。沒想到多年後竟然還沒倒,真的是太神奇了!

1.公司電話打不通,排的自由行行程品質很差 2.接機也沒跟當地人員講時間,都已經到機場到電話問對方才出發 3.旅展上DM說有很多住宿選擇結果最後只剩一家,晚上還給我沒熱水 好好的旅行都被你們打壞了,做旅行社講求的是服務,如果品質無法把關還是趕快收了吧,不要再讓更多受害者出現了,爛透了⋯
