★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 環境乾淨整潔，用餐環境舒服。乾麵，魚丸湯都是道地的台南口味，很好吃。價位來說，相較北部平民小吃尚屬合理，但以台南地區來說40元小碗意麵則稍貴。整體來說，還不錯，可以推薦。
The environment is clean and tidy, and the dining environment is comfortable. Dry noodles, fish ball soup are all authentic Tainan taste, very delicious. In terms of price, it is reasonable compared to the northern civilian snacks, but in the Tainan area, the 40 yuan small bowl of pasta is slightly more expensive. Overall, it's not bad, you can recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 非常乾淨，湯麵的肉燥都是瘦肉，湯頭不油膩，麻醬麵跟蒜香乾麵都好香好好吃，白豆乾很軟嫩，不知吃什麼來碗麵就對了啦。
Very clean, the meat in the noodle soup is lean meat, the soup is not greasy, the sesame paste noodles and the dried garlic noodles are both fragrant and delicious, the dried white beans are very soft and tender, and I don’t know what to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 首次來嚐鮮，這裡的麵種是意麵，點了乾意麵與混沌湯還有其他。意麵麵條滿Q彈的，肉燥份量不多，都是瘦肉不油膩，吃下去有濃厚的胡椒味，口感還不錯，大碗的份量不算多。餛飩湯的部分，有些許香油味，餛飩是迷你版的，約5～6顆，小小的，口味上還可以。
煮餐區與用餐區有區隔，但都保持的滿乾淨的。因為餐點是現做的，出餐速度較慢，較一般麵店慢出餐。
原則上還不錯，還有其他餐點可以選擇。
The first time I came to try it, the noodles here are pasta, and I ordered dry pasta and chaos soup and others. The spaghetti noodles are full of Q bombs, and the amount of dry meat is not much. The meat is lean and not greasy. It has a strong pepper flavor and the taste is not bad. The large bowl is not too much. The part of the wonton soup has a little sesame oil flavor. The wonton is a mini version, about 5 to 6 pieces, small, and the taste is ok.
The cooking area is separated from the dining area, but they are kept clean. Because the meals are freshly made, the delivery speed is slower, which is slower than the average noodle shop.
Not bad in principle, there are other meals to choose from.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I first knew about this place back in 2012. Best sesame noodle in the town for sure! But then they closed for about 2 yrs. So I had to search for other noodle shops, but seriously, no other places tasted better than this one. And to my surprise, they reopened recently!!! I'm super duper thrilled about it :D The BEST sesame noodle!!!!!
