還有對自己食物所呈現的質感，
擺盤精細度不亞於飯店甚至更勝，因地緣關係不常去新店周邊，但如果有機會再到附近一定會再訪。

環境明亮通風，生意很好，常併桌，但服務態度良好，餐具桌面都很整潔。

韭菜處理不錯，不會有辣辣的感覺，
小菜跟麵類都一般麵店高些，但份量有相對增加。
環境明亮通風，餐具桌面都很整潔，外面煮麵的爐子蠻復古可愛的。
店裡會有蠻多客人喝酒，有點像熱炒店

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 刀功擺盤精緻，桂花肝軟嫩鹹香好吃（已有鹹不必沾醬），再搭配九層塔更是散發另一層香氣。光明街的店家大多電視都轉tv逼欸斯，這裡轉緯來體育台還不錯！
