★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 覺得沒有誠意服務，交屋時是助理來辦理 有事情想詢問蔣代書，助理說他正在忙不方便打給他，回去會轉告再跟我們聯絡，結果都沒消息！交易過程中也很多不滿意的地方，覺得很多地方都是自己去問去處理去比較，他們都是被動式的，收費偏高（代書費和銀行設定費用都是收一般行情價上最高的），連交屋都沒如期完成，請他們回電給個合理的解釋都沒理會！

The assistant said that he was busy and inconvenient to call him. He would tell us when he returned. No news! There are also many dissatisfied places in the transaction process. I feel that many places are asked to handle and compare for themselves. They are passive and the fees are high (the fee for book writing and bank setting fees are the highest in general market prices) Even the house was not completed as scheduled, please ask them to call back for a reasonable explanation and ignore it!
