本來能諒解給兩顆星即考慮店家成本考量需要高價出售電池，但您認為客戶不夠厚道就顯得不夠尊重客戶，客戶沒有當場跟您討價還價不代表客戶對價格無知，事實剛好相反，我本身電池都是自購自換的買家，價格清楚，只是想讓您多賺，兩星本僅想提醒店家要注意而已。
但既然主動評價客戶不厚道，這就不夠恰當了，只能改給一顆星，目的是提醒客人需先查詢合理價格，再決定是否與店家交易了，謝謝。
