其實也不用線上預約，我預約午診15點去診所報到被通知前面有十幾個人要等，我4點10分回來剛好過號兩位，跟我說過號等兩個就好，我等到五點半才看！???在我後面預約的人都比我先看了?美好的等待體驗推薦給各位

態度有夠差，不管櫃檯還是領藥的人員都一樣態度差，這麼不喜歡這份工作要不要考慮辭職？而且講話口氣差就算了，還會瞪人，從沒體驗過這樣的看診經驗，再也不會去了。

遇到良醫，一試成主顧！ 講解非常清楚，診療非常仔細，溫柔又有耐心的馮醫生，真的非常感謝能遇到這麼好的醫生！也因厲害的醫生所以需要排隊，但久候是值得的！等看診的人不能一方面想要醫生講解自己時完整又有耐心，可是當等待別人時，卻抱怨看診太慢，多給這些辛苦的醫療人員一些掌聲。

i’ve been to many skin clinic but this is first time i’ve felt being taken cared of. i appreciate how the Doctor explained to me my condition. please look for Dr. Feng. she cares! they speak english!

Dr. Chen and Dr. Feng are amazing. Highly recommend others to come here and see only these two doctors. But beware of the head doctor, Dr. Tseng. Not only is Dr. Tseng extremely rude, his attitude is also very unprofessional. I've never met a dermatologist that argued so aggressively with a patient. Very disappointed.

The service is so bad, i mean the front desk just been very rudely! I have been this clinic for years! And today I was line up at desk, there still had a patient in front of me , here was what happened : Patient : we have appointment! Front desk: we are close at 12:00 , now it is passed! (I looked at time 12:02) Patient: oh~~~~ok ! Then what time should we come back ? Front desk: afternoon start at 14:00( with very annoying face) , @&$#%^£€ Patient: I am sorry, did you say come back 14:00 and we are number 4 ? Front lady: ya, come back at 1400, and I was just saying what’s wrong with you people , never got on time ! ( she was saying this without look at patient face) I know the doctors are super great and nice in there, but this front lady , it is really not suitable to working in there, in my opinion people will go to clinic , it is because they need medical treatment, even they are late for the appointment, then who gave your authority to treat people like this, do you want your family to treat like this ! 服務太差了，我的意思是前台很不禮貌！我去這家診所多年了！ 今天我在前台前排隊，我面前還有一個病人，發生了什麼事： 病人：我們有預約！ 前台：我們在12:00關閉，現在通過了！ （我看了時間12:02） 病人：哦~~~~好！那我們什麼時候回來？ 前台：下午從14:00開始（臉很煩），@＆$＃％^£€ 病人：對不起，您是說14:00回來嗎，我們是4號？ 前台小姐：是的，回到1400，我只是說你們的人怎麼了，從來沒有準時！ （她這麼說是不看病人的臉） 我知道那裡的醫生非常好，但是這位前夫人真的不適合在那里工作，我認為人們會去診所，因為他們需要醫療，即使他們遲到了。任命，然後誰授權您像這樣對待人，您是否希望您的家人這樣對待！

I have been to this Clinic countless times for advice or treatment, today because I did not have a Translator with me I was refused and denied my appointment. (Apparently my supposed Dr had a bad experience with a foreigner) No excuse. I haven't a patient there years... Not anymore. Racism. And I'm saying that with a heavy heart. Not every westerner is a violent miscreant or after suing people. Terrible. Disappointing and a tad angry. ?
