店長不但沒有跟店員說應該改過 卻是罵客人 說下次不加糖就不要說不加糖咖啡 我想請問 這是客人的錯嗎 你們處理事情的態度都是這樣嗎
都不應該是你們的錯 還反過來罵客人 讓人非常的不舒服 不應該是你們服務業應有的態度
