★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次體驗到按摩從進門口就開始算時間的店家，前面換鞋子換衣服等待師傅的時間都包含在付費的120分鐘內。時間一到鐘一位師傅還直接離開留下按到一半還蓋著眼罩的客人，沒有任何的告知或是稍微做收尾的動作，實在是令人傻眼！今天服務我們的是21號以及13號師傅，也可能是剛好踩雷，不過店家對於員工工作態度的訓練有待加強。

When the time was up, a master left directly behind the guests who were half-pressed and still covered with blindfolds, without any notice or a little finishing touch, it was really dumbfounding! The “ nail clipping “ service for 500NT ended up being some mysterious 1000NT charge because the guy they called in last minute (no uniform, no name tag) suggested scraping the bottom of my mother in laws foot and the cashier said it was a +500NT surcharge. On top of that, when clipping my mother-in-laws nails, he over trimmed it and made her bleed pretty badly. The manager’s response? “Go get iodine at the pharmacy. No problem.” In any other developing country, a simple apology or partial refund or an ounce of sympathy would do, but not here. Just another day, another dollar for them.
