★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isabelle helped me and my girlfriend to get married in Shandao Temple Household registration office this week. If you are a foreigner living in Taipei you already know that most of this public office services can be quite frustrating and difficult to complete without the proper advise and support of a local.
In our case both of us speak basic Chinese, but doing paperwork is a whole different world. Since both of us are foreigners, all of our documents had to be translated from English to Chinese, and Isabelle helped us throughout the translation requirements and notarization of all the documents.
Highly recommended translation service, as we even became friends afterwards and she treated us to some 五桐茶！

At that moment we were struggling with our wedding paperwork and was very hard to understand how to solve it. Even if my boyfriend has a good level in chinese, this kind of processes need an expert like Isabelle. She offered her help to us with no hesitation. Her work is super efficient, she constantly communicated with us and she stood with us until the end of the process when we signed the papers. Definitely it was a great experience.
