為什麼沒有0顆星! 長輩要把一個號碼轉過戶給另外一位家人。 十月去門市,門市店員說合約未到期不能換名字。(嗯,這應該是各家業者規定不同) 上周原合約期滿了,長輩今天下午去門市(第一趟),拿出雙證件表示該門號要換名字,店員(同一位)查了號碼說合約到期了,但是轉移名字要帶印章。 然後,長輩就回家拿,再去一次的時候(第二趟),店員卻說「你這個現在沒有綁約,不能改名字」 長輩說……那我第一次來的時候,為什麼不講,讓我跑兩次趟。 然後,店員就在那邊講………綁約買手機有優惠 長輩表示目前沒有要換手機,然後店員就說那不能換名字,一定要綁約。 總共跑了三趟,是當長輩都很好騙嗎?本來還想續約,現在約滿攜碼走剛好而已。爛透了! 已打過客服確認「沒有一定要綁約才可以過戶」這規定。客服也告知接收號碼的被轉移人無法到場,辦理還需要帶「委託書」要填寫簽名,但是這個店員完全沒說!!! 那啟不是要跑第四趟 還是 第五趟!!! 順道一提,去花蓮的路上~蘇花改完全沒訊號,到遠雄也是訊號幾乎沒有。

The elders said...Then when I came for the first time, why didn't you tell me, let me run twice. Then, the clerk talked over there... There is a discount for buying a mobile phone when you tie an appointment The elder said that he did not want to change his mobile phone, and then the clerk said that he could not change his name and that he had to tie the appointment. I ran three times in total. Is it easy to cheat as an elder? Originally wanted to renew the contract, but now it just happens to be full with the code. Sucks! I have called the customer service to confirm that "there is no need to bind the contract to transfer the account." The customer service also informed that the transferee who received the number could not be present, and the "Power of Attorney" was required to fill in the signature, but the clerk did not say at all!!! Isn't it going to be the fourth or the fifth time!!! By the way, on the way to Hualien~ Su Huagai had no signal at all, and there was almost no signal to Farglory.

真的為什麼沒有零顆星== 服務人員態度很不耐煩 能查合約卻不告知還有要解約的事項 導致一直解約不成功 之後打給客服才知道是人員訓練不佳的問題? 兩年半一直有訊號不良的問題 一個禮拜七天大概有五天訊號顯示沒有服務 反應很多次也沒改善 最後只叫我自己送去原廠檢查 訊號問題我連去別的電信問 那態度都好超多== 從一開始換到台灣之星 就狀況百出 合約第一天也是人員手續辦理不佳 還要另外多付一筆費用

Will never use T-star again and I recommend that other foreigners without great Mandarin don't either. Money grabbing company. I thought I had a pay as you go plan that I didn't need to cancel (after using it for two years). Turns out I did and the company waited until the bill was two month overdue to contact the person who's name the plan was in. I don't know how or why but I ended up have to pay over 3000nt.

Excellent service by the staff here. I've had few different persons helping me. They were all knowledgeable and nice. Great phone plan deals as well. I bought the 199nt / month deal. Locked in for 24 months. It's literally $6 USD a month for 5G service. Amazingly cheap compare to USA.
