連一顆星都不想給,就單純感冒看個醫生搞得很像我們是確診者一樣,不能在診所裡面等待,帶個兩歲孩子在外等候(一點同理心都沒有)

今天去打疫苗4~5坪的候診室幾滿了人群外面也擠滿人,感染機率很高完全沒動向沒規劃可言,在外面等聽不到叫號碼在候診室裡面沒位置可以站,打個疫苗像經過一場災難,一邊救人一邊害感染,真不知道這些醫生心裡在想什麼?

3/30下午帶小朋友去看診,要求我們要在外面等,這可以接受,畢竟疫情期間還是小心為妙,但因為孩子呼吸聲很大,而且之前被醫師診斷聽診有雜音叫我們要注意,所以這次感冒又有類似的情況我們就想說不要視訊看診,直接到現場讓醫生評估比較安全,等到醫師看診時直接跟我們說你們感冒已經看第二次,應該要去快篩,我們回說:今天只是要再回診聽看看有沒有雜音,而且上次的症狀也沒有痊癒,立刻被醫師很不客氣的回說:你們家屬是不會自己聽嗎?就自己趴在孩子的身上聽啊,你不會嗎?你們這樣很造成我的困擾⋯⋯試問一下,叫我們自己趴在孩子身上聽,我們是有受過專業訓練,知道什麼叫正常音,什麼叫雜音嗎?今天我們家屬自己如果可以自己聽的出來,那還需要有專業人員的必要嗎?趴著就可以聽,那醫師的聽診器是當項鍊的裝飾品嗎?怎麼不每次看診時都趴在病人身上聽就好?如此的過程真的很令人不舒服,這真的是一個專業的小兒科醫師該有的回應嗎?
