一早好心情的要去買蜂蜜唐寧奶茶,當時沒客人,男店員幫我結帳刷卡,刷伯爵茶但不是奶茶,後來我跟他說我要奶茶的,這時很多人排隊,第二位男店員先幫我沖奶茶說之後再結帳,女店員過來請我旁邊等,先幫其他客人結帳,終於等到我可以結帳,又再次刷卡,我帶了兩環保杯前後問了三次可裝裡面嗎?但結果一杯裝不下,女店員就用不耐煩的語氣說我已幫你扣環保杯的錢!我就退還刷卡單,後來我再次詢問有加蜂蜜嗎?(在此之前我一開始就告知要蜂蜜)才加上蜂蜜。整個過程我歷時20分鐘,得到不耐煩的態度,而且我原本想要集點卻已經不想要求。平時對這家店我都覺得服務很好,但這位女店員讓我感受到他心裡的感覺,後面很多客人你不要再奧客的感覺。請問我只是想買到我要的正確商品有錯嗎?請問如果你們事前多詢問一下會有問題嗎?我也當過店員。

店員訓練有待加強,那天使用ibon取來回車票的單子準備去結帳換票,第一次我要用apple pay付款,她跟我說感應不到(但我的手機有震動餒),我想說是不是機器問題⋯⋯,怕耽誤後面客人,就先讓後面的客人結帳,第二次輪到我說用條碼付,她跟我說剛剛已經刷掉了請我退票再重新訂票,我就去退票再重新訂票,這次改用條碼付總沒問題了吧!刷了手續費ok,正要刷票價又是刷不過,她跟我說這個條碼不能再刷第二次,我問她那要怎麼辦?她說要我退票再重新訂票!WTF???那一晚就這麼曲折一直領不到票,只好打電話請我遠在更北的男友幫忙才取到票,問原因才知道票要分開一張一張刷付......唉.......那一晚真的搞死我QQ (那是前兩天發生的事情,就在剛剛我看了刷卡紀錄,多了32元的手續費,不禁悲從中來)
