醫生洗牙很細心、技術很好,助理也非常親切,不斷提醒我要深呼吸放輕鬆? 第一次看診醫生還特地幫忙檢查蛀牙,也主動拍X光片...非常貼心 空檔,護理師教學牙線跟牙菌斑漱口水檢查牙菌斑有沒有刷乾淨,是非常用心的診所??

我連一顆心都不想給。 3/3上午前往看診,門診結束後,櫃檯告知半年後再自行預約洗牙,我就詢問她為什麼? 牙櫃:因為診所系統關係無法預約半年。 我:但我牙周檢查後洗牙都是3個月。 牙櫃:因為很多人預約了都不來。 我:你看我的紀錄就知道,我都有來,而且常常是你們會臨時要改我的時間。 牙櫃:我們診所目前規定就是這樣。 我:那你們會提早通知我們預約嗎? 牙櫃:你到期日後大約後一週才會通知。 我:那豈不是超過半年了? 牙櫃:那有關係嗎? 我:有啊!改這樣的邏輯是什麼? 牙櫃:什麼意思? 我:超過半年後才通知預約的邏輯? 牙櫃:診所規定就這樣。(態度語氣開始不佳) 我:小姐請問貴姓。 牙櫃:有什麼事,我姓……(聽不清楚) 我:我覺得妳的態度不太好。 牙櫃:妳的態度才不好。我們這裡有3支監視器。 我(也不太高興了):好啊!那請把影片調出來,看是誰態度不好,現在是客戶有提問題,都不能問嗎? 牙櫃:是妳態度不好的。 我:好啊!把影片調出來,看是誰態度不好。 牙櫃就完全不理我,在滑手機,我不想去騷擾醫師,因為我覺得今天醫生看的很好,講解也很仔細,一直以來我都是在和田看診,遇到的助理的態度都很好,但是今天這個助理的態度,真的讓我覺得貴所所謂的“診所規定”需要重新思索一下。 我回家後上IG請負責人私訊我,居然到現在都沒有人理我,上次補完牙齒的地方今天很不舒服,真的不會想再去了,即使醫生很好。

Tune out the movie and see who has a bad attitude. The dental cabinet completely ignored me. I was using my phone, and I didn’t want to harass the doctor, because I think the doctor looked at the doctor very well and explained very carefully. Very good, but the attitude of this assistant today really makes me think that your so-called "clinic regulations" need to be rethought. After I got home, I went to IG and asked the person in charge to send me a private message, but no one has bothered me until now. The place where I had my teeth filled last time is very uncomfortable today, and I really don’t want to go there again, even if the doctor is very good.
