★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我合約(599吃到飽)4月底到期,三月中旬去換約,當時不知道新合約是申辦當下就開始算,而不是接續在4月底到期後才開始,店員也沒主動告知,是我自己問了才知道,感覺有點生氣。之後我中途停止換約,他給了我一份取消的合約書,我以為合約會換回599吃到飽,但到5月中要繳費時,才發現三月中旬中途解除換約之後就變成799吃到飽,不是我原本的合約,變換合約這件事店員也都沒說,我記得當下只說取消換約成功而已
