今天到這間繳費 店員說停車費淋到雨要到旁邊機台再印一張 操作完機台 沒有注意到前面有人印了一張罰單沒拿走 我就拿兩張(我的停車費+別人的罰單)去繳費 結果店員不熟悉用pos機加值信用卡就沒有報總金額 當然就繳費成功了 最後我跟他反應我繳到別人的罰單 他說我拿什麼他就繳什麼 店長過來也冷冷一句繳到監理站 沒辦法退款 我知道這種事我可能要自己摸摸鼻子接受 但是店長也沒有要想辦法幫忙 像是打電話詢問警察或是打電話到監理站等等 建議大家到這裡消費要三思而後行

霜淇淋買綜合口味的,等了半天換了三個店員來用,拿到的時候還是只有一點點綠茶口味根本不到一半,店員還說對啊這就是綜合的,後來買的人拿到的都是正常的,付一樣的錢憑什麼要拿到不一樣的東西==希望店員上班前都能熟悉機器的操作:)

店員態度有夠差,語氣也不知道是吃了大便還什麼的有夠臭 我本來買了冰然後順便領貨。報了後三碼卻跟我說沒有, 走出店外順便重新查詢,確認有收到簡訊跟店家位置沒錯後, 打算重新去問,我也沒催店員,畢竟上大夜也很辛苦我能理解。 等了10分鐘左右店員才自己出現,跟他表明確定貨來了,他才重新查找,然後等很久卻沒刷條碼。我便問他好了嗎才跟我說系統在更新而且態度很跩(且直接在我面前摳指甲?) 等了五分鐘後系統更新好要我簽名確認。(筆跟紙用丟的給我!) 也沒說要多簽手機後三碼(因為都確認完證件也報過電話號碼了,之前在該店家領貨也都只跟我說簽名即可) 我拿了貨要走出來才突然說要「手機後三碼」,我轉頭問他怎麼了,才跟我說沒簽手機後三碼然後站37步繼續摳指甲???? 我整個火都起來了,我都沒計較剛買的冰融化了也沒催過他 假如店長你有看到這篇文。你可以讓店員滾蛋了:)

2021/7/9首發 位在郵局旁的全家便利店,生意一直非常好,也是部分有販售霜淇淋的分店之一。 疫情期間,內用餐桌已全部收起來,實名制做的很徹底,店員都會確實要求顧客出示實名制簡訊,防疫措施做的還算徹底。?? 今天來此繳費,順便買兩枝霜淇淋,原本打算買兩枝牛奶,但男店員大力推銷~要試試西洋梨口味,絕對不會後悔!!我被說服了!兩種口味各1枝,牛奶一樣好吃,至於西洋梨,感覺好像哈密瓜口味的飛雷口香糖,出乎意料的口味,還不錯吃,果然不會後悔???
