★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寄貨時想借膠帶卻不外借，結果白跑一趟，到另外一家全家店員馬上幫忙黏好，物品不大，不會用到太多膠帶，怎麼這麼不通人情呢
I want to borrow tape but do n’t lend it when I send the goods. As a result, I ran away in vain and went to another family member to help me immediately. The items are small and I do n’t use too much tape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最近常來這一家全家便利商店買咖啡，會遇到不同的店員但每一次都會記得先消毒手再碰咖啡杯，這是我在別家全家便利商店看不到的執行力，遇到問題找店員詢問也都很熱心，真的是很棒的一家店！
Recently, I often come to this Family Mart convenience store to buy coffee, and I will meet different staff members, but every time I remember to disinfect my hands before touching the coffee cup, this is the execution power I can’t see in other Family Mart convenience stores. The clerk is very enthusiastic to ask, it is really a great shop!

It’s not the family closest to home, but it’s the most frequent one. The reason is that the clerk’s service is very friendly. In the case of supermarkets, the turnover rate of clerk is really low, so it can bring good service quality.

The store-to-store mailing is wrong and you want to change the service, so you can’t change it! Go to another store and ask if it can be changed in the background! It's really exaggerated!
