★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 想問資訊，電話總是忙線，或是無人接聽，辦個續約，一直推銷東西，規定選擇方案也不先說明，就拿一堆東西綁在一起，說公司規定？！最奇怪是，發票是分開開票，結果推銷的東西比手機還貴，真是奇怪！也因為這樣推銷，所以每個業務辦理，都要很久，所以很沒有效率，很不透明的感覺，不知道其他家中華電信是不是也這樣，還是只有這家？！

辦理期間還要跟著喊注意防疫…很辛苦。這店長未免要求太多了吧！
建議店裡放點輕音樂提升質感。
辦理項目細節多，時間難免長。看來是正常的現象。 要從流程改善才是根本。
