★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 一進來就看到只有一位在服務客人，然後被詢問到要用什麼業務，一説到我們是要弄解約，那位店員跟客人都在等包機師過來，但完全沒有要幫我們弄業務，惡意讓我們在那邊等，不處理此業務，不會再來店第二次，最差的台灣大哥大經驗。

現場排了至少五位的客人，員工竟然只有一個在作業，另一個在員工室裡面用餐，也不會相互配合今天你少休10分鐘，爾後有比較忙的時間我支援你或是多讓你補修你沒修完的時數
然後就像讀書一樣，所以客人在那邊罰

只會照本宣科，完全不會隨機應變
