是在花蓮好好玩訂的沙灘車活動 聯絡人給的位子資訊我覺得沒有很清楚 打電話過去詢問的時候,又態度沒有很好 差一點找錯店家 但活動開始之後的服務態度還算可以 但希望可以更好 價格好像比其他的沙灘車便宜一些

PS:這家的老闆非常的不ok, 要參加請三思 10/08 因浪大,各業者取消清水斷涯獨木舟的活動,大老遠來到花蓮,心裡覺得要玩一下獨木舟才行,詢問到了這一家,一開始以FB MESSEGE 詢問,一開始只是訊息跟電話聯繫,就有點感覺不大好,心想只是來玩水,應該沒什麼差,各業者品質應該相去不遠,匯完款,傳完個人資料後,老闆已讀後,也就沒有回覆訊息,有沒有確實保險似乎就不得而知,這感覺有點像,你都匯款了 不用再多做詳細的說明了,因為我錢收到了你來不來你的事的感覺,我有這樣的感覺。 時間來到了當天,我們自行前往集合地點,而訊息上所說的台開碼頭是MAP不到的,其實那個地點是台開心農場才對,這老闆感覺就是錢收到了,很多你要自己想辦法,當業者的不是應該要詳細的和消費者說明清楚嗎? 當天要注意什麼,外地來的,第一次玩這活動,根本就不清楚什麼要注意的,還得我自己打電話問,最後只說了,不要穿拖鞋,帶一套換洗的衣物,結果最後也是沒換,因為活動結束了,也沒說要去哪沖水換洗, 可笑的是,活動一開始,見到老闆的時候,他就是一直大聲嚷嚷,那個獨木舟不拖上來你們要玩什麼,靠,林北好像是你的員工,我老婆也拖了幾趟,那還滿重的,還沒開始玩女孩們的體力就用了一大半了吧,然後我們下了防波堤,而他老大就站在上面,大家像傻子一樣抬頭面向陽光聽他在那大聲嚷嚷的教學,一點都不專業,而他老大全程就是大小聲的在那嚷嚷,因當天是遇到逆風,不然當天下水後流程都算ok,三個教練人都很nice, 最後要上岸了,還得自己拖獨木舟上來,他老大一樣出現了 在上面大聲嚷嚷,大聲在那叫,獨木舟快點拖上來,整個感覺就是,我好像是你員工,你老大是我老闆似的,那滿重的,那上岸那的地方滿陡的,我老婆因拖獨木舟就滑倒了,林北感覺真的很不爽,最後我要問照片的事,因為我不是在平台上訂的,我是直接跟你老大訊息匯款訂的,他老大直接回我說,你不是跟我訂的, 你是跟平台訂的,這什麼態度,從頭到尾什麼都要我問,你老大錢收了 就什麼事都了了嗎? 整個真的很不ok 非常的不ok, 好在 教練人都很不錯,心情才比較好一點,最後有一位參加活動的人 把一艘舟弄丟了,老闆也是在那大聲嚷嚷,那個舟弄掉的不要走,mother fxxk, 你老大的口吻比較像討債的吧,以後去花蓮永遠不會考慮這家了,謝謝

我報名的是端午連假期間的日出團 1.原本通知是4:00在台9線166.1k集合,前一天才臨時電話通知改成3:00集合,在集合地點等了20分鐘都沒有工作人員打電話問了才知道要直接到戶外亦溯,但這期間沒有人告知我們這件事 2.海邊穿救身衣的時候很混亂,也沒有人員一一幫忙檢查大家是否穿好或教導大家正確的穿法 3.連假期間團員人多或許可以理解,但10~11位團員才配1位教練而且因為團員人數太多分散在四處,教練根本無法好好指導並且照顧每個團員的安全

我於花蓮好好玩平台上訂購6/12清水斷崖日出獨木舟行程,到當天對此業者才有更進一步人參與了解。 這是我第一次參與海上獨木舟,很酷的經驗!但最後因爲天氣因素,當天風浪大導致我掉入海中,進而讓自己吃飯工作運動睡覺日夜攜帶不離身、另一半所送的金戒指,跟著一起捲入大海中遺失⋯活動結束後回想起教練出發前都有提醒客人們手機若要隨身攜帶,都需注意放置位置以免沖走掉進海裡甚至找不回來,所以一路我都非常小心奕奕的保護手機,我覺得這點叮嚀非常好!但偏偏自己真的沒經驗到下意識完全沒辦法注意到是否連一直帶緊在自己手上的尾戒都有掉落的可能性,故回到基地後,我與教練詢問後續處理方式有什麼,教練回覆只能跟我道歉⋯但我真正在意的是不希望再有客人發生像我一樣的憾事,是否日後可以對客人如同小心手機般的善意叮嚀?畢竟戒指買的回來,但回憶真的不能。 後續教練請我自行聯絡老闆,電話講了80分鐘,期間老闆的態度我不特別贅述了,前面30分鐘是老闆自顧自的說自己想說的,根本不想聽我的想法,並多次提到若是我覺得不合理可提告,也反問我連戒指都可以戴不好嗎?最後因好奇他的各式理由,我靜下來好好傾聽他的話總結大概是這樣: 1.因為身為業者的他若是主動提醒客人需注意的物品,但客人最後還是弄丟物品,還轉而向他提告求償,他是會有責任的,所以與其如此,他最後直接選擇不提醒,但包包手機除外。 2.他從業28年遇過的大大小小不合理的客人太多,賠過太多,最後決定在客人面前,只講法律,自己也有請法律顧問,也只有他們一間會事前先請客戶簽立責任歸屬切結書,所以在法律上他們完全站得住腳,但我也告訴他真的不是每位客人都是這樣「只想告你」的心態。 3.他做不到我提出的「主動請教練提醒叮嚀注意隨身攜帶飾品安全」的提醒。 綜合上述,真的希望能以我的例子提醒各位要參與這類活動,真的一定要注意自己全身上下所有的貴重物品,連項鍊戒指也都是如此!但慶幸的是今日當我一致電到花蓮好好玩平台闡述此事時,平台已立即回覆我日後將把這個重點也一併附註上去,請參與的客人小心。 我明白做生意不容易,也需一定程度的自保,免得遇到居心不良的客人提出惡意的要求,但今天的我,只是一位心愛物品遺失了想請貴公司日後加強宣導、並不要任何賠償的,只需要一點同理心而不是反過來要被教育戒指戴不好的,小客人。 評價兩顆星,一顆給老闆自豪的法學知識、一顆給清水斷崖日出美景。

我參加的是端午節海上日出團 原本集合時間說是凌晨四點,前一天臨時改成凌晨三點,到了約定時間沒見教練,原來是約定地點沒講清楚。 一到集合場地,原來全部70多位團員都是同時出團,原本還以為有大量教練隨行,這次大約6~7位教練吧,四年前的經驗是一位教練大概四、五位團員。 出發前的救生衣也沒有教導正確穿法,正確穿法應該是要繞過臀部,落水才能穩固達到救生衣的功能,不然就像下水餃啦,救生衣自己在海上漂浮~~~ 出發後海上四散本團團員,好險很幸運沒有人漂到外海,最後因為團員太多,前後隊伍拉得太長,沒有到達原本的景點的清水斷崖。 回來有一艘動力船拉動沒力氣划船的獨木舟,結果聽其他團員說有一台獨木舟沒扣好翻覆了,教練也沒發現,真是…好在翻覆的獨木舟救生衣沒掉落,幸虧我們靠自己的力量划回來。 上岸也是一陣混亂,遲遲等不到我們自己的接駁車來接團員,最後還是跟同業調車來載團員,同業說他們大概接30人的團大小而已。回到基地(停車的地方)之後發現沒有乾淨的環境可以換衣服! 總之這團有超收團員的經驗,如果正在看評論的你非常需要教練給的安全感,建議你找其他團隊! 難怪當時我們六月初查海上獨木舟的行程,每一團都是滿團、不能報名了。原來本團人好多啊~ PS. 帶團教練都很善良、而且盡力做好手上的事情,但就是老闆沒把事情分配好,教練也一頭霧水不知道整個流程。
