I've ATTEMPTED to do some laser cutting here a couple times over the past few years, and one of the employees there (possibly the boss) was EXTREMELY rude and dismissive. I'm a foreigner and a novice to the process of laser cutting and how to prepare the file, so I was simply asking her how to go about it and for prices according to size and material...she was not having it. After seeing all of the positive reviews here, I'm wondering if she was so snappy with me because I'm a foreigner.
