★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 之前去溪湖工作，蔥花蛋餅必吃，煎起來的餅皮很香脆，就算放了3小時再吃也不會爛爛的，所以常買兩塊，一個當早餐一個當中餐，奶茶也很好喝，只可惜現在工作沒往那，還是很懷念想吃!心中的no.1蛋餅?

蛋餅口感微酥脆，建議一定要加醬油一起食用，唯一大大大大的缺點就是太油，吃到後面會比較膩，但，用料方面很實在。蛋的份量比起其他間早餐店的蛋餅份量多很多，蛋的香香香氣也特別濃厚，讓我整個為它著迷的地方，我想就非它家的蛋蛋了！真的很香又很好吃。
饅頭夾蛋我也超推，蔥蛋量多到快炸出來了⋯
會給四顆星主因是過油。就這樣。
