★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店員態度超級差，那個頭髮金黃咖啡色然後妹妹頭姓蔡的女店員，找錢用丟的也不會個抱歉之類的，我寧願騎遠一點也不要去那邊受氣~

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 有時候早上櫃檯裡會有沒穿制服的人在打混，還有個帶髮箍的男店員跟一個年紀稍大的女店員，3個人一直在聊天都不結帳，排了3～4個客人，全丟給年輕的店員一個人結帳+煮咖啡，
偶爾幫你結帳了態度還超差，邊結帳邊聊天根本沒在看客人，會員沒刷到一副你的問題。
比較常遇到一位不高但整理很乾淨面帶微笑的男店員，咖啡買久了進門會主動問要不要先煮，態度很好效率更不用說，還有幾位比較年輕也很主動的店員，這星是給他們的。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看到評價那麼低我真的不意外 因為我也是來留負評的 我就問你結個兩杯咖啡寄杯很難嗎 一定要邊聊天邊調笑女學生大概五分鐘才能結嗎 沒看到後面隊伍等你們多久了 居然還可以結完繼續轉過身做咖啡 做的時候還要繼續跟另一位做咖啡的同事再聊個天 重點你們那兩位女學生是一組的客 原本排在同個店員聊天就算了 至少還有另一位可以結 為什麼還要讓他們兩位女學生分開來跟你們聊天？？？？？ 我就想了解一下現在全家素質就這樣而已嗎？？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 全台全家都有郵局便利包的服務，進去詢問店員是否有袋子，店員連看跟思考一秒都沒有就說他們沒有。 也不清楚是「僅這家店」沒提供這服務，還是店員懶得找有沒有袋子，還要再度詢問是沒有袋子還是服務，他思考了一下才說 沒袋子（沒找也沒確認）好棒棒的方姓店員服務！
The whole family in Taiwan has a convenience bag service from the post office. I went in and asked the clerk if they had a bag. The clerk said they didn't even look and think for a second. I don't know if it's "only this store" that doesn't provide this service, or the clerk is too lazy to look for bags and asks again whether there are bags or services. Great surname clerk service!
