在地的朋友介紹的餐廳,聽說肉比隔壁的海鴻還嫩,有自製的黃金泡菜蠻不錯的。

觀光客來訪較少的餐廳,在地人推薦的,比知名老店好吃,菜色豐富好吃,小份就有大份量,唯獨服務人員態度非常不友善,打電話預約口氣非常不好,要不是朋友推薦,不會有機會來吃。 客家粄條炒的香氣十足夠味。豬腳一定要點完整一隻, 因為豬腳通常都有骨頭 ,有可能會感覺骨頭會比較多,所以點一整隻會比較吃到肉。豬腳的重點是沾醬,每家的醬料不一樣,有的蒜味比較濃,有點比較鹹,這一家味道蠻溫和順口。 客家小炒都很下飯入味, 薑絲大腸酸味夠,大腸也不會很硬咬不爛那種,蚵仔超級大顆我以為是在海產店專賣蚵仔的,炸豆腐的醬料配上蒜味醬超提味! 屏東縣萬巒鄉的料理店這間可以說是客家味道地又好吃的,佈置也還蠻不錯的,有客家花布,環境乾淨,如果之後有機會再來萬巒或朋友要來是會再二刷及推薦的!

菜色不錯,價格平價,鴕鳥肉很嫩很好吃,蠻推的! 鳳梨蝦球跟鮮貝羹都好吃! 豬腳也是口味不同,值得一試的地方。

萬巒美食最有名的就是豬腳囉,不過在屏東萬巒品嘗當地人更常吃的客家粄條,隱藏在豬腳街附近的光之味,是在地人的支持老店! 油油亮亮的炒粄條,色香味俱全,軟QQ的粄條帶點咬感,是我喜歡的口感。還有帶皮彈牙的豬腳滷得好入味,肉質嫩實,沾上醬料後風味層次更上一層樓,完全不輸附近的豬腳名店耶!

看評價進來吃,不過有些店還是要親自體驗才準 炒板條普普 薑絲大腸這輩子還沒吃過咬不爛的....只好吐掉. 怕硬吞會噎死 白醋味太重死酸 小份份量很足夠 花生豆腐跟在美濃吃的有差.....味道不夠濃醇阿 來吃合菜,不如多買幾隻豬腳
