追思蘭花買了兩盆，但都只給一個緞帶，顯得單調，跟老闆傳的圖片不一樣，在溝通緞帶方面，老闆都說無法配合，老闆在談論的過程語氣越來越不和善。
送達的時間很晚，並沒有按照預定的時間點送達，還需要自己打電話問什麼時候會送到，店家沒有提前通知會晚送到，一直在等待！

事前我努力跟老闆娘討論，最後也相信專業會用心搭配，但收到無用心裝飾的蘭花盆覺得非常失望，這跟當初老闆傳來的範例照片根本不符。
這樣收到錢就無視消費者的態度，我不能苟同，也對我剛過世的阿公感到很愧疚⋯⋯
