An'an Rent-a-Car introduced to this shop to rent an electric car. After walking back and forth for half an hour, the price of a car with a battery replacement is the same as a car without a battery. Finally, we asked us to take the MRT to Xiziwan to rent. It is not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A rare find! This place provides electric scooter rental service for foreigners, no driver's license required! This is because the electric scooter at hire is actually rated as a bicycle with a top speed of 28km/hr and a range of 50-60kms. Affordable rate, and unlimited battery recharge during hire (you'll need to come back to the shop though for a replacement before 8.30pm each day). Helmet hire comes with the deal.
I found this place after so many failed attempts at other rental services, all had standard motorbikes/scooters for hire requiring an international driver's license issued by your country. This doesn't work for me because I only want something casual, safe and fun!
It's strongly recommended though to study the traffic rules before hopping on unless you'll only ride it on pedestrian paths. Double and triple check the charge level of all batteries before you head off, ride around the block with full speed to ensure all are normal. The last thing you want is a dead scooter with flat batteries, although you can find a scooter relocation service on just about every single street - absolute last resort FYI.
