★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日晚上約21:00左右回家路上經過順便買了三杯飲料回去給家人喝 其中一杯點了正常甜 可能不小心疏忽忘記加到糖了 回到家喝才發現 同為服務業能理解偶爾會犯一點小錯誤 並沒有要刁難 而且也才30$ 只是家人真的很想喝XDD 所以又使用了UBER EAT重新再買一杯 只是備註說剛剛去買沒加到糖這次一定要幫我加糖 結果送來的時候有貼一張小紙條向我致歉 並在飲料提袋中退我錢 我覺得這個小客訴的處理方式非常好 店長教育的很棒 或是員工自己選擇的處理方式 不管怎樣就是值得五顆星的一間門市 疫情期間大家都辛苦了 謝謝你們～

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 沒加布丁還賣60元，真是貴！當時又沒幾位客人，還能做錯。杯子不透明當下也看不到內容物，喝完才知道沒加布丁，只能吃悶虧。
客人的錢也是辛苦賺來的，你們這樣粗心，還能多收人家錢，真是好意思阿！一顆星還真是太多了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5月14日 晚上9:58分 我到店裡只是購買一杯鮮奶茶 "去冰"半糖，我知道貴司要完全去冰才會沒有冰塊，所以一些冰塊我是可以接受的，但是給我半杯冰塊是怎麼回事？單上也是打著去冰半糖，店員給飲料也是喊去冰半糖，但給我半杯請問店員是發生甚麼問題嗎？之前也常常會有半糖給我無糖或全糖，如果店員忙偶爾做錯我都可以接受，今天當下就只有三個客人還能給我這樣的飲料，這服務是否需要重新培訓。
