洗回來後發現抱枕"一處烘壞"
隔天送回該店詢問怎麼處理
店家僅草草了事的表示送回工廠問師傅，幾天後會再簡訊通知
就這樣隔了一個月後我們都沒有收到"任何"簡訊通知及電話聯絡
至昨天 10/24日 三催四請下的終於把抱枕玩偶送回該店，通知我們取物
進店後跟老闆娘說要取物並詢問處理狀況，店家竟以一堆推託之詞說是我們自己用壞的，並懷疑是要栽贓店家。
