★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天感受極差，一位店員搞不清楚狀況、詢問事情答非所問，後來致電客服詢問得到答案，又回來換另一個店員就辦好了。浪費人時間。
 I felt very bad today. A clerk couldn’t figure out the situation and asked about things to answer the question. Later, he called the customer service to ask and got the answer. Then he came back and changed to another clerk. A waste of time.

沒用門號服務的有服務調查的他們完全不怕…
其他直營門市不會這樣…

。事後竟發現當期帳單竟然有違約金⋯
這家店感受真的很差⋯
