★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 五月五號中午11點半到12點之間 我到這間中華電信詢問 (合約五月十號到期) 我不想綁約了 女店員問我要換新手幾嗎?我回沒有 那店員立馬變臉(笑容不見了) 之後就說我打電話有超過合約給的優惠 繳3百多塊 說月租費236包含kkbox99圓 其他都是我打電話的錢 在場還有另兩位男店員也這樣說(口氣很差)我就回「我沒有打電話」其中一男店員就回我電話被盜打 要我去總局調通聯記錄 在說的過程中三位店員一直強調我有打電話超過優惠 (都口氣很差) 後來我沒改費率 說謝謝就走了 可是愈想愈不對 直到今天收到賬單 kkbox並沒有包含在236裡面 只扣了47圓(有付賬單照片) 在詢問過程中我只說錯「我沒有打電話」這句 我應該說「我很少打電話」扣掉它給的優惠30元我只多打19元 他們確讓我覺得我打超過一千或一萬以上 讓我很不舒服 沒有要換新手機就不是客戶嗎?電話超過一些些就該死嗎?就算要業積要推廣告的費率 也不是用這種方式??????
我十一日星期五去林森路的中華電信直營門市詢問過賬單 kkbox是另外計費的 236欄位減的47元是月租費的優惠 下一欄位通話費的減30元是通話費的優惠 我已確認中華路的中華電信員工在胡扯 太爛 很不專業 要到這間辦續約請帶著賬單 免得被誤導?????

But the more I thought about it, the more wrong I got until today I received the bill kkbox was not included in the 236, only 47 yuan was deducted (there is a photo of the bill) During the enquiry, I only said the wrong sentence "I didn't call". I should say "I rarely call." The discount of 30 yuan was deducted. I only called 19 yuan more. They did make me think I called more than 1,000 or More than 10,000 makes me very uncomfortable. Isn’t it a customer if I don’t have to change my phone? Should I die if the phone number exceeds a few? Even if you want to push the advertising rate, it is not in this way.??????
I went to Chunghwa Telecom’s direct sales store on Linsen Road on Friday the 11th to ask about the billing statement. kkbox is the additional billing. The 236 column minus 47 yuan is the monthly fee discount. The next column call fee minus 30 yuan is the call fee. I have confirmed that the Chunghwa Telecom employees at Zhonghua Road are too bad and unprofessional. To renew the contract here, please bring the bill to avoid being misled?????
