2019.12.29的12:15入場,15:15出場。回到家才發現右後方烤漆嚴重受損,打電話詢問客服請調閱監視器確認責任歸屬,確認為泊車人員造成的,但交車時工作人員完全裝作不知道,很惡劣很差勁。
該公司有投保富邦產險,後續理賠有保險公司負責,但烤漆維修的留車時間所造成的「交通費用、租車費用」保單不理賠就算了,該公司負責保險的小姐堅硬的拒絕負責該部分的損失,非常誇張的停車經驗。
各位出場離開時務必確認一下自己的車子有無損傷。

此停車場沒有柵欄或明顯的顯示系統,無法在進場時清楚看到自己的進場時間,停好車後阿北拿單子給我,上面也沒載明進場時間(如圖)。
因此我詢問:「大哥請問,我單子沒有進場時間耶?」
管理員阿北:「我電腦有紀錄。」
「我可以確認一下嗎?」
「確認什麼?就跟你說電腦有紀錄!你要確認也可以啊,你來,你自己按,按了不爽你要現在繳費離開也行!你來啊!」
到這邊我雖覺得遇到XX,但我還沒想要多說什麼,依言到系統前操作,確認時間正確,於是決定離開,沒想到他還沒完:
「我就跟你說了嘛,還硬要看,確認什麼?我就說我都有記!現在看到正確了吧,不爽你可以繳費走人啦!」
到這邊,我理智線就斷了:
「你單子上沒寫,我沒保障,就跟你說我確認一下而已,你到底說那麼多幹什麼?」

我並不覺得服務業一定要態度多好,但他中間那段到底是在吵個什麼勁?就讓我確認完時間然後離開不是一切就解決了嗎!?

後記:
本停車場要留鑰匙。取車時去拿鑰匙的時候阿北錯拿了三支別人的給我,然後要我自己到鑰匙櫃找要哪一支,我事後想想覺得車子的安全堪憂。

來停過幾次,前幾次負責人員不會主動給停車單,但要求後都會給。
今天這位負責人員不只遲到(我七點等到七點40人才來,表訂應該七點30就開始營業的),他還直接要求我車停路邊等等再把我車移進去。
我問他有沒有停車單或收據,他說「沒有吧,你沒來過喔!還說有來過!」我說「之前都有給」他說「就沒有了,你還說你來過。」
直到我離開前,他都還沒把我車從路邊移進停車場內,實在有點擔心!
