The Taitung Farmland Water Conservancy Association in Taiwan has set up a hydrophilic walkway to change the turbulent irrigation water channels into upper and lower facilities. The lower box and culvert facilities are dedicated to irrigation water. The upper level introduces a small amount of irrigation water to match the garden landscape to become a beautiful hydrophilic park.
