★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 假日窗口只有一個，再加上幾個搞不清狀況的客人，問一堆白眼翻到天際的問題，等幾號可以等快一個小時，如果不是排到每個人臭臉，跟本不會加開服務窗口，不過也不用加了，因為客人已經跑光了。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 為了幫小孩辦親子預付卡，跑了3家北屯區中華服務中心，只有這間櫃台小姐願意耐心幫我辦理，看得出來門市人力短缺，但櫃台的人員莊小姐還是很認真的一邊辦理業務，再抽空去另一繳費櫃檯處理繳費業務，這是比其他門市還要優質的服務態度，希望大家可以給予人員多點耐心
