Someone practiced Kendo at night, some sold stinky tofu at the door, noodle stalls sold noodles, and some people sold meatballs in the afternoon. The monuments were recently renovated and worth a visit.

黃	黃主恩 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 小寺廟藏真跡～國寶濕壁畫台灣前輩藝術家林玉山國畫大師鮮少為寺廟作畫，在他嘉義市長榮街老家旁的慈龍寺廟內，正殿牆堵及龍、虎邊牆堵有龍、受天百祿(鹿)、降爾遐福(鶴)、萬年封侯(猴)及八駿馬等5幅真跡，於民國38年以水墨作畫在石灰牆上的作品，是林玉山全台僅存的「濕壁畫」，十分難得一見，是嘉義市重要的文化珍寶。隱身藏在巷弄小寺廟裡，鮮少人知道！ A small temple hides the originals ~ national treasure frescoes Taiwan’s predecessor artist Lin Yushan’s Chinese painting master seldom paints for temples. In the past few years, it was finally reproduced before the eyes of the world after the skillful repair of the professor of Nanyi University. The exterior of the temple is covered with very ugly iron sheet, which is extremely inconsistent with the murals, which is lamentable!
