不得不分享鍍膜後的心得 (照片是已經鍍膜一段時間囉,還是好亮呀) 以前總是不太想鍍膜是因為沒感覺 鍍膜上去也不知道有沒有鍍膜 但最近梅雨季節讓我覺得很煩 每次下雨完,車子就灰灰的ㄧ層 連自己洗車都要洗兩次 最後跟這邊老闆聊了一下 發現他們全部員工的熱情真的讓我備感窩心 所以決定交給他們鍍膜 隔天牽車時居然遇到下雨,老闆說你可以開去測試 果不其然,開回家後沒雨,我的車也乾了 但這次我不用洗車,因為鍍膜真的很有效 我之後也不用擔心泛黃的問題囉 非常感謝老闆和員工們 我真的極力推薦大家

太會推銷, 已經買點數了.不知道是不是錢收到了,所以態度肆無忌憚, 客人不加價買服務還會說那車子可能會洗不乾淨. 拿到車子玻璃上還可以看到水珠痕. 是不是因為都收好車, 所以覺得客人都很好宰? 現在只求趕快把點數用完, 列為拒絕往來戶

朋友介紹的,他們有介紹多輛車在捷立處理過狀況都很好,服務過程也不錯,但我的經驗真的不是很OK,所以我相信應該是個案,考慮許久,不給差評,但我還是要建議給評論。首先,因為朋友推薦,所以我們沒有考慮其他廠商,當然對方也很不錯給了優惠價,處理過程中也有一直回覆進度,專業上來說我給好評,很細心,也給了我方便幫我牽車,撇開服務過程,我是認可技術上的層次。但是服務的方式和流程我覺得有很多可以再進步的地方,當然,這是我個人感受。第一:晚上10:49打給我,我睡了,營業時間是到九點,要聯絡隔天牽車事宜,我覺得可以再早一點打電話。第二:事前在決定要消費哪些項目或等級費用,已經有提供我先生手機讓業務進行溝通,我相信這時候是介紹產品不算推銷,而是一種項目說明,我熱於接受,但電話中完全沒有提到相關事情,一直到牽車當下才問要不要做哪些項目,我覺得那是不愉快的推銷。第三:捷立一直有提醒我們因為車況/車型大小/顏色/保養狀態都會影響到處理時間和費用,這部分我覺得很OK,讓我們有心理準備,但牽車去處理當下有告知可能會超過7點,我說沒關係,我可以等,下午4點傳line告知會超過8點,我也接受,5點問我可以接受到幾點?我說9點,最後8點左右來電告知可以到10點嗎?我說我的極限是9點半,對方也說好,但一直到10點多才來電告知處理好,中間直接省略說明,我認為我是理智的消費者,但這樣的狀況真的很難讓人接受,一開始評估車況告訴我一天不會好,我都可以另外安排,但是一拖再拖,我認為這是非常不OK的作法,今天是我有地方可以待,如果沒有,我是不是要一直空等下去?這部份真的很需要改進。
