 The fried noodles with pork shredded rice is only 50 yuan, and the speed is very fast. It is really Buddha heart, but the portion is normal. Generally, girls are OK, and boys may not be full.

煮的過程滿特別的，也讓中卷都有美乃滋沾附。
但蛤仔也是先炸過再調味，有點過油。
Nakamaki-yaki-Mayonnaise is heated and then poured into deep-fried noodles.
The cooking process is so special that it makes the middle rolls have a mayonnaise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EDIT: at least a few times in the last few months they close before their posted hours. Not happy about this. They take customers for granted. The prices are high for Chiayi. I hope they can make improvements and keep the POSTED HOURS ！！！
I've been going to this place at least once a week for the past 2+ years. It's a great place to get together with friends, and the dudes are designed for sharing, but the take away is also generous in portion sizes.
Theur fried rice/noodles are good, or you can explore more exciting dishes which are Taiwanese or represent dishes from China. There is ample seating and all dishes are made fresh. Therefore there are usually special offerings depending on the season and what is available. For Chiayi, the seafood is actually quite good. The bosses are friendly and happy to recommend or explain dishes.
The special of the store is 菜尾湯 (which contains many delicious ingredients meant to represent traditional leftovers). Arrive earlier for this dish as it sells out soon.
