★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蛋餅在附近五間早餐店中獨樹一格，獨特醬汁包覆在自製餅皮裡頭，挺好吃的，但可能做法比較特別的關係，買完最好盡早吃完，不然風味很容易就會下降。
P.S.他們的蔬菜蛋餅在全部早餐店中是最好吃的，不只是蛋餅+高麗菜而已，喜歡吃蛋餅又想健康些的朋友可以嘗試看看。
除此之外，他們的滷肉飯也不錯吃，偶爾肚子很餓時我會點滷肉飯+蔬菜蛋餅，以早午餐來說很有飽足感。不過沙鹿附近好吃的滷肉飯很多(像是嘉控肉飯的就是沙鹿之最)，相較下就比較遜色了。
The omelet is unique in five nearby breakfast shops. The unique sauce is wrapped in the homemade pie crust. It is delicious, but it may be a special practice. It is best to eat it as soon as possible, otherwise the flavor is easy. Will fall.
P.S. their vegetable quiche is the best in all breakfast shops, not just quiche + cabbage. Friends who like quiche and want to be healthy can try it.
In addition, their braised pork rice is also delicious. Occasionally when I am hungry, I will order braised pork rice + vegetable omelet, which is very satisfying for brunch. However, there are a lot of delicious braised rice near Shalu (such as Jiakong's pilaf is the best of Shalu), which is relatively inferior.

The barbecue quiche and soy milk are super delicious. I originally wanted to take a photo but I forgot to take it. I highly recommend everyone to come here!
