維修保固內耳機經驗很差,客服不會主動回報進度,缺料也不主動告知,還需要消費者自行跟追,不會再購買。

如果要買奧圖碼投影機的請特別注意⚠️ 藍芽只有支援4.0版本,但現今播放設備幾乎都是4.2以上的藍芽版本(且通常是相容的),但奧圖碼的產品會無法支援,播放聲音斷斷續續,但是奧圖碼卻無在官網說明告知消費者。會產生音源斷續問題,且向他們反映,基層人員無法解決沒關係,但上級主管打來卻瘋狂跳針且態度極度不佳,若有需要提供對話音檔的消費者可私訊我提供。

客服態度極差, 商品購買不到半年送修一個月, 能在電話上協助延長一個月保固我很感謝, 無法理解的是我話還沒講完就搶著打斷別人直接說謝謝隨即掛斷電話是甚麼樣的操作, 客服素質令人堪憂, 請加強員工訓練

你們的客服真的是史上最爛的! 我自己將設備寄回去新竹,報價貴翻天,我不想修理,也支付檢修費了,付款後確認不修理,要請你們寄回我的投影機,錢付完拖拉一個禮拜要我們自行詢問才有去追貨,現在叫你們安排物流也用得亂七八糟,造成別人超大的困擾 真的是有夠爛! 沒想到這個品牌的售後服務這麼爛! 永遠拒絕往來,也不再推這品牌,我已經立刻去買別牌!!

購買了ML-330, 產品設計拔掉了google play做成殘障機種, 然後又無能力解決無法安裝Youtube / Netflex的問題, 鏡像延遲的問題客服竟回應這很正常接不接受在你這樣的感覺, 通話過程完全沒有要協助解決問題的態度 --> 可惜沒有零顆星或是負星, 不然一定打下去

投影機沒來由地壞掉,送回維修,修了整整兩!個!月!維修期間客服完全不會主動回報維修進度,寄email詢問也不回,一定要每週打電話詢問才會跟工程師追進度,而且每次都回答說下週應該會好,結果每一次都跳票!跳票了也不會主動通知,又要再主動打電話問,然後再跳票無限輪迴......就在決定要向消保官投訴前才收到投影機,以這樣的服務態度和維修體驗,未來不會再消費任何這家公司的產品了...
