★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天購買時未給任何集點卡，今天再度購買服務人員詢問時才知道有集點卡，但卻在告知服務人員後用很差的態度說我再補給你，還有昨天購買時回家發現飲料杯有破損，今天去買告知服務人員可以注意一下杯子有無損傷狀況時態度差勁，但店家表示覺得杯子不可能有破損，表示一定是我們自己去撞到
今天我們不是要追究或是請店家作陪賞，我們只是希望說能夠把問題告知給店家希望能夠注意到這部分，但得到的卻是這種態度和回復......希望可以改善這種服務態度
