★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 要雲端影印，叫櫃檯打開印表機電源，他說等一下，結果等超過5分鐘，過程中我都叫兩次請他打開了。當時櫃臺繁忙我可以等，但是他結帳了一位客人後繼幫後面做結帳完全沒有想要幫我打開電源的意思，我就在印表機旁邊一直等，一直等，等到5分鐘過去，我再去櫃臺請服務員打開電源（第三遍），服務員當作沒聽見（愛理不理的樣子），然後才把它打開，但是我已怒火滿點，不印了！下次絕對不來這家店

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 早上去拿貨，店員剛好在打電話給店長，我就說我要取貨，牠就說等一下，好我等，等了快10分鐘，我又問說還要等多久，趕時間，可以先用旁邊的收銀先幫我結單，他說不行只能用他那台，上一筆單不能取消，眼睛還很殺的態度，我又等他跟店長說完都等了快20分，最後還不是按了取消上筆單不是嗎？你的時間就是時間。素質有夠差
