看評價，原來阮先生的服務專業有問題，還掛副理？？公司的用人標準？？
一般的門市新人都比他還懂什麼是基本禮貌，詢問費率態度輕浮，從頭到尾一直看電腦發出打字聲好像很忙一樣，對談整個沒效率，有些話術已經過時了ㄟ，更新一下好嗎？加油！當別人第一天出社會喔

1.說話欲言又止大概三次，每次說話都講解一半，要說不說的，導致我們完全不清楚到底能不能辦理想要的續約手續方案，也不清楚她到底想表達什麼..
2.女諮詢員說「可以辦理，可是手續申請很麻煩」，這句讓我立刻請求證件還給我們，她讓我覺得沒有想要解決客戶問題+沒有服務熱忱
整個討論續約手續過程非常的不愉快，非常差勁的感受與經驗
4/20 (Wednesday) Sunday afternoon class at about 16:00, female counselor

2. The female consultant said, "It can be done, but the application is very troublesome." This sentence made me immediately request the documents to be returned to us. She made me feel that I didn't want to solve the customer's problem + no service enthusiasm
The whole process of discussing the renewal procedure is very unpleasant, very bad feeling and experience
