06/17 原先寄貨單僅留室話電話,故於官網聯繫留下手機並致電致客服(強調住家無門鈴務必來電) 06/18 上午致電客服詢問送貨時間,客服回覆預計下午三點並請司機送前來電(也再次重覆確認電話)。 下午網上追蹤顯示因來電未接故配送失敗,當下撥給客服反應並未接到任何電話,客服也要求線上等候當下確認(打客服就花了許多時間,線上等也等了許久),最後竟然回覆司機撥打(唸一串錯誤號碼)兩次未接。 當下我帶情緒,客服也道歉端午佳節貨物量大出錯需包含,並保證隔天上午回覆隔天配送進度(盡量安排上午配送) 06/19 張小姐客服來電告知因端午不指定關係預計下午到貨,又說不然給司機電話讓我們自行聯繫?此件事客服根本沒交接清楚不了解昨天電話錯誤的事,只說他先聯繫司機並再次確認號碼是否正確。 張小姐客服約半小時後來電告知因尚未聯繫到司機已轉達站所請司機聯繫我雙方自行喬時間...(態度理直氣壯最後結尾還要加:恩~)? 最終問題還是沒解決,當下也反問:我幾點沒接到司機的聯繫電話需再撥打客服呢?小姐也是冷笑說:您出門時可再撥打客服看看,我再問:若下午三點未接到通知再撥打嗎?小姐一直強調都轉達站所了我們也會持續追蹤。 最後司機於下午來電詢問配送事宜,後請司機改送別的地址朋友代收,司機轉達朋友原先地址電話很難打??(錯誤電話敢說難打?) 最後也不清楚貴公司哪個環節出問題?連續撥了三天客服,若沒撥不就不知道重頭到尾抄錯電話?針對06/19張小姐客服處理態度,真的能把人惹怒,也提醒我未來別與貴公司有寄收件往來,也會提醒親友注意貴公司的服務。

11/3 送貨員抵達送貨地點,我請他送貨上樓,回答「好」後,人就消失了,下樓也沒看到人,打電話也不接、傳訊息也沒回。好不容易打進客服反應,對方跟我說明天會請別的送貨員再送過來,因不想一直苦等,我請對方提早告知大約抵達時間,對方跟我說好,然後到現在也沒回應。 11/4 打給客服反應,並詢問昨日未送達的原因,對方說昨天沒送到貨是因為「下大雨」(???)昨日新竹晴空萬里,何來大雨?睜眼說瞎話可以說成這樣真的很扯!建議一人一回饋反映給 MOMO ,讓他們別再跟宅配通合作了,真的很誇張! 後續:剛新竹區客服來電告知,昨日送貨員突然消失,是因為開車沒辦法臨停,所以沒辦法送貨上樓,我回應如果是碰到這樣的情形,請送貨員跟我說,我下樓拿就可以了,客服表示司機確實表達方式不佳,而送達的時間會跟前兩天差不多。 更新:貨品終於到手,送貨員是同一人,且一句抱歉也沒說(正確來說,連一句話也沒說),邊通電話(裝忙)邊遞簽收單給我,我要跟送貨員對話還要把他叫住,素質真的很差,薪水到底是多低才只能請到這種人。
