店員訓練有待加強，請熟悉店內服務項目，避免造成雙方的困擾。
 The clerk didn't know about the shipping, and the shipping couldn't be sent to outlying islands before calling to talk about it afterwards. People are no longer in Xinzhuang, so I have to trouble my friends to deal with it.
The training of clerk needs to be strengthened. Please familiarize yourself with the service items in the store to avoid confusion between both parties.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 代影印身份證，態度待漫，告知影印後要傳真，影印深淺和大小不符，店員：鄭博育，態度不佳，叫客人去別間。之前被他服務不是沒主動問客人會員手機就是不問是否列印發票、買霜淇淋也不會告知無餅乾甜筒就直接先結帳用塑膠杯。撲克臉也不會說謝謝，是店長沒教育訓練還是此店員頑劣難訓，那麼不愛開口一說話就態度惡劣，來了那麼久還是一樣，我不要退費和補償，我只要一個良好的購物態度和禮貌互動。
