感覺好像詐騙集體，引誘消費者上當，內心頗感難過與不悅。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 康是美藥妝店於1995年歷經半年的籌劃，由統一流通次集團旗下的統一超商全資轉投資設立。同年9月25日於台北國父紀念館旁開設第一家門市。
2012年8月，原統一超商行銷群協理蔡篤昌擔任康是美總經理，原康是美總經理高敏航則赴中國大陸主掌深圳康是美。過去蔡篤昌即擔任過康是美總經理，高敏航也在中國大陸有歷練，挾著在台灣操盤經驗，希望能扭轉中國大陸康是美虧損情況。
2014年1月，蔡篤昌申請退休，原統一藥品總經理張聰本接任康是美總經理。
After half a year of planning in 1995, Kangshimei Drugstore was established by a wholly-owned subsidiary of Uni-President Circulation Group. On September 25 of the same year, the first store was opened next to the Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall in Taipei.
In August 2012, Tsai Duchang, the former sales associate of Uni-President, became the general manager of Kangshimei, and Gao Minhang, the former general manager of Kangshimei, went to mainland China to take charge of Shenzhen Kangshimei. In the past, Cai Duchang served as the general manager of Kang Shimei, and Gao Minhang also has experience in mainland China. With experience in trading in Taiwan, he hopes to reverse the loss of Kang Shimei in mainland China.
In January 2014, Cai Duchang applied for retirement, and Zhang Congben, the former general manager of Uni-Pharm, took over as general manager of Kang Shimei.
