L	Lin Jerry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 週五晚上冷，應該是享受薑母鴨的好日子，但偌大的餐廳才三桌客人，一桌在抽菸，因為是老闆的朋友，喝酒聊天聲音很大！薑母鴨很淡，鴨肉完全沒爛，因為鴨子大或老，煮半個小時以上還說咬不動，同樣也咬不動的還有燙小章魚，跟橡皮一樣有彈性！其他火鍋配料份量頗多的，只有這項加分。有夠雷！後記，所以肉回家又用電鍋燉了一下午，終於咬的動了，但還是是柴！ Friday night is cold, it should be a good day to enjoy ginger duck, but there are only three tables of guests in the huge restaurant, and one table is smoking, because it is the boss's friend, drinking and chatting loudly! k	ken lee on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 感覺這個系列的薑母鴨都是用鋼盆裝，只是這家的湯頭我覺得比較清淡，好處是麵線很大份不怕你吃，但是也沒啥味道，是比較可惜，單點的料算多，還不錯，熱炒部分就中規中矩，烤雞的話不推薦 I feel that the ginger ducks in this series are all packed in steel pots, but I think the soup is relatively light. The advantage is that the noodles are very large, so you won’t be afraid to eat them, but they don’t have much flavor. It’s a pity.
