★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 拿處方籤取藥時藥師沒有比對藥物是否正確，也沒給藥品說明，回到家才發現給的藥和之前的不同，打電話禮貌詢問是否有誤，是一位晚班的女藥師接的，得到的回答竟是“什麼藥阿？”，你沒給我藥品說明我怎麼知道是什麼藥？難到我要自己判斷嗎？若今天我沒發現是否有可能吃錯藥？若是老年人在這種情況是否可能會發生意外？
到了現場詢問是否該提供藥品說明，女藥師回答要主動和診所索取，但以往在其他藥局領藥都會主動提供，也會比對藥品是否正確。和女藥師說明的同時，旁邊的男藥師才說要印給我。
覺得專業度和態度都有待改進的一間藥局。
The pharmacist did not compare whether the medicine was correct when giving the prescription, and did not give the medicine description. When I got home, I found that the medicine given was different from the previous one. I called politely to ask if there was an error. It was picked up by a female pharmacist in the evening shift The answer was "What medicine?" You didn't give me a medicine to explain how I know what medicine? Is it difficult for me to judge for myself? If today I didn't find it possible to take the wrong medicine? Is it possible for the elderly to have an accident in this situation?
When I arrived at the scene and asked if I should provide medicinal instructions, the female pharmacist replied that I should take the initiative to ask for it from the clinic. At the same time as the female pharmacist explained, the male pharmacist next to me said that it would be printed on me.
A pharmacy that feels that both professionalism and attitude need to be improved.
