建議加強店員對於店內活動已經結帳跟退貨的熟悉度。 今天購買有活動的商品,結帳時已經提醒店員我買的東西現在有活動會送口罩,反而被店員埋怨我沒主動到活動看板那裡把口罩拿給他,害他少刷條碼,退貨重新結又很麻煩。 因有買過同樣活動的商品但優惠價不同,詢問同一位店員時,對方卻只聲明他已經自行吸收口罩的成本,明明在場還有另外兩位店員,卻說要先幫其他客人結帳,沒有要馬上釐清狀況。 最後活動送的商品我沒有領取,結帳費用不同也算了,也決定以後這位年長的店員在場我就不到這家店消費。

1.不管是尖峰或離峰時間去,總是只有一位店員結帳,其他全家看到3-4人排隊,就會有店員主動補上,協助結帳。 2.line群組通知可取貨,到現場卻無貨,一句不好意思都沒說。有時是已結帳取貨,卻又「溫馨」提醒取貨,混亂不清,如果想有心想經營這一塊,建議請教其他分店的做法。

在這家全家消費一年多了,看著兩位工作同仁一女一男,總是任勞任怨忙著結帳、做飲料、取貨、補貨、敲煮茶葉蛋以及協助客戶各項疑難雜症等等,或許她他們個性上不是很習慣微笑,但也從沒看過發脾氣。尖峰時間上下班和中午,人會一下子多起來,確實不知為何櫃台常常只有一個人,客戶有時要結要辦理的項目比較多,一個客人會卡好久,我想她他們也不是故意讓大家排長龍。我自已常常繳費、取貨、購物,好幾項事情一起去辦,因為要花時間,就不會挑尖峰時間去,而且我會等人龍消化完再去辦。例如先繳費,如後面開始有人排隊,繳完費就先讓別人結;再等櫃台沒人,然後購物,然後取貨,一次只辦一件,因為我也不好意思擋到別人。我覺得工作同仁很認真了,希望能多給她他們肯定和鼓勵。斜對面那家7-11我就不去了,原本我是去7-11的,但幾次早班取貨真的口氣不好,有一次兩個女員工還直接說要我等她們把她們的優惠搶購辦完,讓我在那邊空等10 幾分鐘(完全沒有別的客人喔),所以我除非萬不得已不會再去了...不過這是109年的事情了~
