★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 太惡劣，電話通知我們有床位空出，上週六跑一趟桃園去現場看環境確認環境和費用沒問題，因老人家本週還要做一次家訪評估，講好留床給我們週六入住，今天突然通知我說床位已讓別人了，叫我們去別間，太離譜這樣沒公德，完全沒信用，老人托付給他們也不安心。
It's too bad. I called us to inform us that there are beds available. Last Saturday, I went to Taoyuan to see the environment on site to confirm that the environment and costs are okay. Because the elderly will have to do a home visit evaluation this week, we will reserve the bed for us to move in on Saturday. Today, I suddenly informed me that the bed was given to someone else and told us to go to another room. It was too ridiculous and so unethical and completely untrustworthy. The elderly would not feel comfortable entrusting them.
