8月底是我第一次去 1/11是我第二次 而且病人超級多的。 但我個人覺得所有(是每一位喔)護理人員都很輕切 謝謝妳們。辛苦了

之前也去過幾遍,都是胖胖的護理師接待很好也很親切、就這次約下午去打疫苗、櫃臺座ㄧ位從來都沒見過的瘦小的護理師講話態度真是有夠差的、用喊的語氣很明顯不悅,就她這個老鼠屎!

拜託通報確診登記的時候請看清楚、確認清楚,不要登記錯誤還害到別人不能出門…. 要不是衛生所打電話給我我還真不知道我自己被通報錯誤欸,身分證、出生年月日都填成我的,唯獨電話號碼是別人的,害我被誤會確診,打電話問口氣還那樣,人都有失誤的時候,也知道最近確診者多,但是一句抱歉很難嗎? 我在等待他們更改健保快易通的資訊時,都不能出門欸….還被衛生所一直打來問都不知道自己確診嗎? 還要解釋很麻煩欸….

剛剛打電話去問疫苗的事情,我覺得這個護士解釋態度真的可以不用這麼差,我不是護士更不是在診所工作的,我也知道每一間診所規定跟規則也不同?本來就有義務講到別人聽懂啊?態度到底在差什麼的?真的是跟之前的護士態度差太多,就是不懂才要多問幾次,掛電話連拜拜謝謝都不會講直接掛病人電話??現在請的護士素質變差了嗎?
