★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 去年到復興區農會辦事情，裡面的人員態度很不好，感覺是他們上班的氛圍很差。但是今年五月再次到農會，覺得裡面的氣氛很和諧，員工也都笑臉迎人，打聽之下，原來復興區農會的理事長及總幹事都換人了。這讓我領悟到，上頭的帶領方式，會間接的影響到員工上班的心情，最能感受到的是我們這些要辦事的民眾。
Last year, when I went to the farmers' association in Fuxing District, the attitude of the staff was very bad. I felt that they had a bad working atmosphere. But when I visited the peasant association again in May this year, I felt that the atmosphere inside was very harmonious, and the employees were all welcoming people with smiles. After inquiring, the original chairman and director-general of the peasant association in Fuxing District had been replaced. This made me realize that the way of leadership at the top will indirectly affect the mood of employees when they go to work. What I can feel most is those of us who want to do things.

Order the peaches, call it the day before shipment and say it will be delivered before 1 pm the next day. Someone needs to receive the goods. I asked for a leave and waited for a long time. I didn’t send it. I was not sure when to deliver it after asking. It feels bad next time... Won't buy it again!
